- 2 kg turkey breast fillet
- 200 g apricots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sauce
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 200 ml sweet port
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Wash the turkey breast fillet thoroughly, dry and cut into cubes with a side of 3-4 cm.
Grind the garlic and mix with lemon juice, sugar and soy sauce. Pour the meat with marinade, mix and place in a cold place for 3 hours.
Wash the apricots, dry, cut in half and remove the seeds. Pour in port and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Soak wooden skewers for half an hour in cold water. Remove the breasts from the marinade. Put the apricots and meat alternately on the skewers.
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry kebabs on all sides, spending five minutes on each side. In the process of cooking kebabs should be watered with the remaining marinade.
