Turkey on skewers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg turkey breast pulp
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • greens for serving

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Peel a piece of turkey from the films, dry. Cut into small pieces – you can cubes, you can thin slices. Put in a bowl.

Squeeze a lemon in a bowl, pour turmeric, salt, pour oil, mix with turkey slices and put marinated in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 3

3 Put turkey cubes on skewers or put slices in a wire rack, put on coals, fry for 12-15 minutes. Turn the skewers from time to time – for even baking. Serve with greens.
