- 900 g skinless turkey fillet (breast or thigh)
- 2 tsp medium salt
- 2 tbsp. l sweet paprika
- 4 tsp Sahara
- 2 tsp smoked paprika (preferably)
- 50 g bacon
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Cut the fillet into cubes about 3 cm in size. Sprinkle with salt, mix, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
Dice the bacon and chop the blender into a paste. Mix in a large bowl with sugar and paprika. Dry pieces of turkey with paper towels, put in a bowl with spicy paste and mix thoroughly.
Put the turkey on thin skewers and grill until cooked, turning the skewers every 2-2.5 minutes. Breast is cooked for approximately 12 minutes, thigh fillet – 18–20 minutes.
