  • 1 zucchini
  • garlic – 2 cloves
  • 6 champignons
  • salt
  • onions – 1 large onion
  • sugar – 1 tsp
  • 2 sweet peppers of different colors
  • 1 eggplant
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • lemon
  • 200 ml of vegetable oil

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Zucchini and eggplant cut into circles
1 cm thick. Peppers from the core and cut into quarters. Bow
peel and chop coarsely. Mushrooms cut in half. Mug the eggplant in a bowl, sprinkle with salt
and leave for 20 minutes. Then rinse with warm water and pat dry with paper towels.

Prepare a marinade for vegetables.
Peel the zest from the lemon
and squeeze the juice.

Chop the garlic.

Mix the juice and lemon zest,
garlic, sugar, salt, pepper and vegetable oil. Put on fire and fast
boil.

Put all the vegetables in a bowl and pour
hot marinade. Cover and leave for 1 hour.
