- 4 slices canned pineapple
- 4 slices 1/2 inch thick leftover ham
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 8 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp orange marmalade
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp pineapple juice from can
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Arrange the ham slices on the cooking pan with parchment paper.
2 tbspof butter in a small bowl in a microwave and add 2 tbsppineapple juice, 1 tbsporange marmalade, 1 tsplemon juice, and salt and pepper and mix them thoroughly.
Spoon the glaze onto the ham slices and spread it with the back of a spoon to cover the slices. Lay the pineapple rings on top of each ham slice and then two sprigs of thyme; place a cherry tomato in the center of each pineapple.
Set the Instant Omni oven to Bake at
450°Ffor 5 minutes.
