Be sure to try this recipe for delicious and juicy pork baked with tomatoes and cheese!
Cut the meat across the fibers into 4 pieces. Do not beat off, but slightly flatten them with your palm. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine olive oil, mustard, lemon juice and chopped garlic in a bowl.
Grate the resulting mixture with meat on both sides, cover with cling film and leave at room temperature for half an hour.
Fry meat on two sides over high heat, with vegetable oil until golden brown.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix with mayonnaise. Cut tomatoes into thin slices.
