Baked pork with tomatoes and cheese

From the author

Many will call this dish meat in French. But I’m jarred by this name) I do not understand how something with mayonnaise, tomatoes and, as a rule, mushrooms, can be associated with France. Therefore, just “pork baked with tomatoes and cheese”)) I highly recommend not to beat the meat, and fry it previously on high heat until golden brown. So the meat will not be dry, but as juicy as possible.
