Flounder is a fish that is great for baking. Fish baked in mustard marinade with honey and with the addition of soy sauce and citrus notes is perhaps the best combination of flavors for tender white meat that flounder has.

Flounder
2 medium sized fish
Honey
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
Mustard seed
1 tablespoon
Lime or lemon juice
1 lime or lemon
A few twigs of greenery

Vegetable oil
1/2 cup
Salt pepper

Instruction manual

1. Defrost the fish and make 3-4 cuts to the bone on both sides.

2. In a deep bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and mix (honey, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, herbs, seasonings).

3. Put the fish in a deep container and fill it with part of the marinade so that it also gets inside the incisions.

4. We leave the cabin to marinate for an hour.

5. After we lay the flounder on a baking sheet, generously grease with the remaining marinade.

6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180C.
