Recipe for vegetable muffins with taste of coffee and chocolate. Delicious, light baked goods, it turns out this recipe which has no eggs, so this product can be considered a vegetable.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Coffee pour boiling water and let cool.

Mix all dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, soda and baking powder.

Combine dry ingredients, butter and cold coffee.

Whisk everything with a mixer or whisk until smooth.

Add the chopped chocolate and stir.

Bake at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
