Bake the pancakes on his favorite recipe. I did whisk the egg, add milk, sugar, butter and salt. Stir and add the flour. Whisk whisk to remove lumps and pour water. Mix well. Fry on both sides in a hot pan with vegetable oil.
Boil chicken and chop. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
To make the onion – fry flour in butter.
Add the chicken, cheese, grated on a fine grater garlic and quickly stir. Salt and pepper to your taste. Remove from the heat.
On one half of the pancake spread the filling and distribute evenly. Cover the second half and rolled into a triangle (one end to the middle and then again).
Pan greased with vegetable oil and fry pancakes on both sides.
Serve pancakes with sour cream and greens. Ready!
