Stewed pork ribs in mustard marinade

From the author

My husband is very fond of pork ribs. But I can’t say that I often delight him with this dish. You can bake pork ribs in the oven or simmer like that under the lid. This is a long process, but definitely worth the wait. I share a step-by-step recipe for delicious, juicy and incredibly aromatic stewed pork ribs in a mustard marinade!

Pork ribs
650 g
5 cloves
Apple vinegar
50 ml
Soy sauce
1 tbsp
French mustard
1 tbsp
Bay leaf
1 PC
Spice 5 Peppers
1 tsp
1 tsp without a slide
Cooking Oil

Instruction manual

Wash the ribs, strip them from the film and cut into small pieces of 1-2 ribs.

Cook the marinade. To do this, mix vinegar, soy sauce, salt, mustard pepper and chopped garlic.

Grease the ribs thoroughly with the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.

Remove the ribs from the marinade and fry over high heat in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.

Pour the marinade into the pan, add bay leaf, pour 50 ml of water and cover. Simmer for 1.5 hours over low heat.

Serve ribs with your favorite sauce, side dish or just that. Done!

Juicy, insanely fragrant ribs that literally melt in your mouth!
