Wash the ribs, strip them from the film and cut into small pieces of 1-2 ribs.
Cook the marinade. To do this, mix vinegar, soy sauce, salt, mustard pepper and chopped garlic.
Grease the ribs thoroughly with the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
Remove the ribs from the marinade and fry over high heat in vegetable oil until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the marinade into the pan, add bay leaf, pour 50 ml of water and cover. Simmer for 1.5 hours over low heat.
Serve ribs with your favorite sauce, side dish or just that. Done!
