For the marinade in a bowl, mix mustard, vinegar, suneli hops, vegetable oil and salt (a little).
Cut meat into large sticks and mix with marinade. Put in the refrigerator for 1.5-2 hours.
Fry the meat in a hot frying pan until golden brown.
Transfer the meat to a pan with a thick bottom, pour about a glass of water and simmer under the lid over low heat for about 25 minutes.
Thinly chop the cucumbers, add a small amount of water and simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
Chop the onion into quarters and fry until golden. Cut the carrots into thin plates, add to the onion and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
To add onion with carrots tomato paste, thinly chopped garlic and simmer another 5-7 minutes.
Add cucumbers (without liquid), onions with carrots, bay leaves, a mixture of peppers, red pepper and salt to the meat. Add water if necessary. Simmer over low heat until cooked (~ 25 minutes).
Serve the basics with your favorite side dish, decorating with greens.
