How to make pizza dough at home? All pizza lovers this question sooner or later begin to worry. At first glance it may seem that pizza dough is something very complex and difficult to achieve in the home kitchen. But it is not! Just need to know some nuances and follow the recipe. The recipe for this dough on the pizza I got from a friend’s Italian grandmother. And she knows all the subtleties of a delicious pizza), the Dough was tender, flavorful, with a crispy crust. Flour Extra grade
320g
Water
200ml.
Dry yeast
5g
Salt
7G
Sugar
15g
Olive oil
100ml

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Warm (30 degrees) water dissolve the yeast, sugar and salt, mix thoroughly.

Make sure that there is a cap on the dough, then the yeast are working.

Then in a bowl sift the flour, add the water with yeast and start kneading, gradually adding the olive oil.

Carefully knead the dough by hand (or by mixer with hook attachment)for at least 5 minutes until the dough is smooth, homogeneous and elastic.
Cover the dough with film and leave in a warm place for an hour. ( I put in the turned off microwave).

When the dough is ready, punch down and put in a warm place for another 30 minutes, until the dough will increase in 2 times.

Then the dough should be divided into two parts, if you want to make 2 medium pizzas or not to share, then get one big.
Put the dough on a baking sheet, stretch hands, lightly greased with olive oil, from the center to the edges forming the sides.

That’s the way.
Then you can apply the sauce and put whatever toppings according to your taste.
To bake this pizza I recommend at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

The result

This pizza turns out fine, but with a fluffy and crispy edge.
