Honey cake is a favorite cake from childhood that I know and love, but the recipe is familiar not all. Many people do not realize how easy it is to cook the perfect honey cake, not worse, and even tastier than from a patisserie in your own home kitchen!

For this recipe the cake turns out very tender and tasty. One of the tricks to cooking the cake, thinly roll out the cakes, so they are carefully soaked in a mild cheese and sour cream.
