I love salads for their versatility and variety. They can be light and satisfying, can be a snack, and can safely replace the second dish. Salad with salmon and potatoes in mustard-lemon sauce – this is exactly the case when it is satisfying! For me, this is the perfect dinner option. You can fry, bake or boil fish and potatoes for salad. Here, focus on your taste.

Salmon fillet
160 g
Potato (preferably young)
160 g (2 pcs small)
Spinach Mini
A bunch (to your taste)
Cherry tomatoes
6 pcs
Gherkins Cucumbers
40 g
Olive oil
4 tbsp
French mustard
1 tsp
Lemon juice
1 tsp
1 clove
Salt pepper

Instruction manual


Boil potatoes (you can bake or fry) “in their uniforms”, peel and cut into pieces.


Prepare dressing – beat with whisk olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, chopped garlic. Salt and pepper.


Cut the fish into pieces, salt and pepper and fry in olive oil until tender.


Cherry tomatoes cut in half and gherkins in rings.


Mix all the ingredients and pour the dressing. Done!
