Airy white bread in milk

Ingredients

  • 1 part of the test
  • wheat flour – 100 gr.
  • water – 100 gr.
  • pressed yeast – 6 gr.
  • 2 part of the test
  • wheat flour – 250 gr.
  • milk – 40 gr.
  • egg – 1 pc.
  • vegetable oil – 35 gr.
  • sugar – 30 gr.
  • salt – 4 gr.
  • pressed yeast – 12 gr.

Step by step recipe

1. Mix the ingredients for the first part, cover and put in a warm place for 1 hour.

2. Pour salt into flour, add vegetable oil, milk with yeast and sugar, an egg, add dough. Knead the dough, leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.

3. From the dough, twist the roll and shift into shape.

Leave on for 30-40 minutes.

Bake at 210 degrees (Top-Bottom) for 30 minutes.
