Apple pancakes

  • 200 gr. flour
  • 150 ml. milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 apples 370-400 gr.
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • optional vanilla sugar, cinnamon

Step by step recipe

Combine the eggs, salt, icing sugar, stir with a whisk, pour in warm milk.

Pour the sifted flour with baking powder, stir until smooth.

Peel and grate apples, add to the dough with vanilla sugar (optional).

Fry, spreading a tablespoon of dough in a pan with heated oil, while frying the second side, cover with a lid for greater splendor.
