Argo salad

Ingredients

  • turkey (fillet) – 200 gr.
  • cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • sweet pepper – 1 pc.
  • blue onion – 0.5 pcs.
  • red beans – 100 gr.
  • yogurt – 200 gr.
  • soy sauce – 1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp
  • salt
  • sugar – 1 tsp
  • vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Step by step recipe

1. Beans are poured with water for 2-3 hours (you can overnight), then cook until cooked.

2. I cut the turkey in portions and fry in sunflower oil.

3. Onion, cut into half rings, pour boiling water, add sugar, vinegar, a pinch of salt and marina for 15 minutes.

4. Dressing: mix yogurt, soy sauce and mustard.

5. I cut cucumbers and tomatoes in half rings, pepper in cubes.

6. In a deep bowl, mix all the products, salt to taste.

7. Put the salad on the dish, pour the sauce.
