The first thing I do is wash my potatoes well, it is advisable to rub it with a piece of iron for dishes.
I put boil potatoes in salted water, its amount depends on how many servings you want to receive, I have three servings.
I cook until ready.
While the potatoes are being cooked, I’ll prepare the minced meat, I have chicken, you can take it anyway.
I pour a little sunflower oil into the pan, spread the minced meat, lightly fry it, add the onions to it, finely chopped it, fry it, salt, pepper, add some milk (if there is no milk, add water or broth), cover it and bring the minced meat to readiness.
When the liquid boils, remove it from the stove and remove it to cool.
The potatoes are boiled, I drain the water and let it cool slightly.
Then I cut it in half and take out the core.
Like this. It is desirable that the walls were not very thin.
I knead the mashed potatoes in mashed potatoes, add some milk, I do not salt the potatoes, since the minced meat is well salted.
I add minced meat to the potato, finely chopped garlic, dill, mix everything.
I take the prepared potatoes and fill it with minced meat.
I put it on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese.
I put in the oven for 220 gr for 5 minutes, the cheese should melt.
I take out the finished potatoes from the oven, put them on a plate, sprinkle with herbs, everything can be eaten.
