Beef steak and grilled vegetables with an interesting dressing

Ingredients

  • beef fillet – 250 gr.
  • olive oil for cooking – 30 ml.
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • salt
  • pepper
  • for garnish:
  • zucchini or zucchini – 1 PC.
  • cherry tomatoes – 7 pieces
  • chilli fresh – 1 PC.
  • dressing for vegetables:
  • green onions – 50 gr.
  • parsley – 50 gr.
  • garlic – 1 clove
  • balsamic vinegar – 30 ml.
  • olive oil – 120 ml.
  • salt
  • pepper

Step-by-step recipe

To get the meat out of the fridge an hour before cooking it.

Wrap the edges of the steak with foil.

If desired, prepare the vegetables for a side dish to meat.

Fry the steak for 2.5 minutes on each side.
