Beef Stroganoff chicken for lunch or dinner

  • chicken – 650 gr.
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • tomato paste – 1 tbsp
  • onion – 150 gr.
  • flour – 3 tbsp
  • water – 200 ml.
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • pepper
  • seasoning for chicken (I have no salt) – 0.5 tsp.
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • greens – 30 oz.

Step-by-step recipe

Chicken fillet cut into no pieces with a width of approximately 1 cm, chop it well and cut into slices.

Onions finely chop and fry until light Golden in vegetable oil.

Further, the pieces of meat put in a colander and place in a bowl and add to it the flour.

Be breaded in flour.

Excess flour will fall into the bowl.

Add the meat to the onions and fry over high heat 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

For filling combine sour cream, tomato paste, salt, pepper, seasoning, mix, and pour hot water.

Stir again until smooth.

Pour it to the chicken, stir, bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes under a lid, stirring occasionally.

At the end of cooking add the greens and turn the heat off.

Serve with any side dish.
