- 550 gr flour
- 300 gr boiled condensed milk
- 250 ml milk
- 100 gr. butter
- 100 gr. Sahara
- 12 gr. dry yeast
- 3 yolks
- 2 pct vanilla sugar
- a pinch of salt
In warm milk, add 1 tbsp. sugar, stir, add yeast, beat well with a whisk to dissolve the yeast, set aside for yeast fermentation for 15-20 minutes.
Sift the flour in a separate bowl, add the yolks crushed to white, add salt and sugar, mix, then add the dough and begin to knead the dough.
When the dough is practically kneaded, add the melted butter and knead until the end.
Cover the dough and set to fit,
divide the finished dough into balls about 50-55 gr., roll out a circle about 3-5 mm, 1 tsp bed. condensed milk in the middle, pinch, and lay in a mold greased with vegetable oil, seam down.
And so we fill out the entire form the product should be next to each other. (I used a round shape of 28 cm, it was completely filled with buns)
set to approach for 20 minutes, grease with yolk, and set to bake in the oven at 170-180 degrees, 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.
When the buns cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar !!!!
