- flour – 400 gr.
- water – 200 ml.
- yeast – 25 gr.
- vegetable oil – 30 g.
- salt – 0.5 tsp.
- sugar – 1 tsp
- filling any (I):
- potatoes – 300 gr.
- mushrooms (I champignons) – 200 gr.
- onion – 1 PC.
In water, add salt, sugar, yeast and stir.
Sift the flour and add to it the yeast mixture, add the vegetable oil.
Knead the dough and leave for 1 hour for proofing.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
Boil potatoes until tender and mash.
