Ingredients

  • cabbage – 0.25 heads
  • beets (raw) – 1 pc.
  • dill – 0.5 bunch
  • garlic – 3-4 tooth.
  • lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • sugar – 1 tsp
  • salt – 0.5 tsp
  • sunflower oil – 3 tbsp.

Step by step recipe

Chop the cabbage and put it in a deep bowl.

Grate the beets and add to the cabbage.

Add finely chopped dill.

Prepare a dressing.

Squeeze the garlic into a bowl.

Add salt, sugar and vegetable oil.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and mix well.

Season the salad before serving and mix well.

A delicious, dietary salad is ready.
