Chocolate cake for birthday

  • dough:
  • condensed milk – 2 cans
  • egg – 4 PCs.
  • flour – 2 tbsp.
  • butter – 100 gr.
  • soda – 1 teaspoon
  • vanilla sugar – 10 gr.
  • Mac – 1 tbsp
  • cocoa – 1 tbsp
  • form – 22 cm oven at 180C, for 35 min.
  • meringue:
  • proteins of egg – 4 PCs.
  • sugar – 180 gr.
  • nuts – 100 gr.
  • bake at 160C, 25 min.
  • cream:
  • sour cream 32% – 500 ml.
  • powdered sugar – 120 gr.
  • vanilla sugar – 10 gr.
  • soft cheese – 150 gr.
  • boiled condensed milk – 2 tbsp
  • glaze:
  • dark chocolate – 70 gr.
  • butter – 40 gr.
  • cream 10% – 3-4 tbsp

Step-by-step recipe

1. Condensed milk injected eggs, vanilla sugar and butter and all beat with a mixer, introduce the flour and baking soda and continue whisking.

2. Divide the dough into two parts: in the first part add cocoa and stir well, the second part of the Mac.

3. A baking dish ( diameter 22 cm) covered with parchment paper, grease with butter and make a Zebra, that is, first put a spoon of brown dough, top with a spoonful of the white dough and so repeat the sequence.

4. The form scrollable, so the dough was distributed in the form and put bake in a preheated oven to 180C for 30-35 minutes.

2nd cream: whisk boiled condensed milk, add 1 teaspoon of sour cream and continue whisking.

8. Collect the cake: Zebra cake cut into 2 Korzh, dish grease with a little cream and put the first cake (the Zebra), grease with the sour cream, next layer of meringue, spread meringue to the cream with condensed milk, another layer of meringue with sour cream and top with a small layer of cream with condensed milk and the last cake (the Zebra), grease with the sour cream top and sides well and flatten the cake.

Send it in the fridge for 2 hours.

8. For the glaze: bar of dark chocolate melt in a water bath.

In the melted chocolate, add the butter and cream all mix well.

9. The cake is covered with icing and decorate.
