- flour – 210 g.
- cocoa 35 gr.
- sugar – 180 gr.
- vanilla – pinch
- salt – 0.5 tsp. (without slides)
- baking powder – 10 gr.
- milk – 240 ml.
- vegetable oil – 75 ml
- to impregnate cocoa
- chocolate – 1 tile
- milk – 3-4 tbsp
- coconut – 20 oz.
In a bowl add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, a pinch of salt and vanilla and using a whisk combine all the ingredients.
Pour milk, vegetable oil, mix well and knead uniform dough.
A diameter of 20 cm, the bottom covered with parchment paper and grease with vegetable oil.
Pour the dough, put it into the preheated oven to 170 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
Readiness check with a toothpick.
Brew about 50 ml. of cocoa and a well-engineered top and sides of cake.
One bar of chocolate, pour the milk sent to the microwave and melt until a smooth mass.
Pour cake with chocolate icing and coconut flakes adorn the sides.
