- cabbage, red, cabbage – 350 gr.
- carrot – 1 PC. (medium)
- salt – 1/3-1/2 tsp
- sour cream, 20-25% fat – 2 tbsp
- sugar – 1 tsp
- grainy mustard – 2 tsp
- vinegar fruit (Apple, grape) – 1 tbsp
We need cabbage, red, and white.
A vegetable cut into thin strips.
Shift in a deep bowl and adding half a teaspoon of salt, obmenu hands. Next add the grated carrots.
Cook the sauce.
Combine sour cream with sugar, grainy mustard and Apple cider vinegar.
It remains to dress our salad.
For best flavor, I recommend 30-40 minutes to hold it in the fridge.
Serve Cole slaw with meat dishes, very tasty with sausage and barbecue.
Or just baked potatoes.
