Coleslaw with raisins and plums

Ingredients

  • young cabbage – 300 gr.
  • 1/2 tsp – salt
  • as much sugar
  • 1 tbsp 9% vinegar
  • carrots – 50 gr.
  • green onion – 10 gr.
  • plum – 50 gr.
  • sour cream for dressing or kefir diluted mayonnaise

Step by step recipe

Shredded cabbage with small straws

We send it to the salad bowl.

Add 1/2 tsp. – salt, as much sugar and 1 tbsp. 9% vinegar.

Mash it slightly, if the cabbage gives juice, then drain it.

Rub in cabbage, on a coarse grater, carrots

Finely chop the green onion,

Send it to the salad

Julienne fresh plum

We mix everything, before serving, add salt (if slightly salty) and season with sour cream, in general, according to the recipe, there is a mayonnaise diluted with kefir, you can consider this option, but I prefer sour cream.
