Everyday vegetable salad

Ingredients

  • cucumber – 1 pc. (long-fruited)
  • radish – 8 pcs.
  • egg – 3 pcs.
  • green onions – a bunch
  • dill – a bunch
  • sour cream – 2 tablespoons
  • salt

Step by step recipe

1. Boil eggs until cooked and cool.

2. Cut the cucumber and egg into cubes.

3. Cut the radish into strips.

4. Finely chop the onion and dill.

5. Salt to taste, add sour cream and mix all the ingredients.
