Festive salad “Empress” with green onions.



  • salmon (or any other weakly-salted) — 100 g
  • potatoes (average) — 2 PCs
  • cucumber (medium) — 1 piece
  • chicken egg — 3 PCs
  • red caviar — 2 tbsp
  • green onions (for decoration) — 20 gr
  • mayonnaise — 2 tbsp
  • salt

Step-by-step recipe

Boil potatoes, grate on a coarse grater.

Boil eggs and cut into small dice.

Also cubes chop the cucumber and fish. Finely chop the onion.

Collect the salad layers: down eggs (it can be a little salt), mayonnaise, a layer of cucumbers, then mayonnaise, fish, and potatoes. It’s okay to miss the mark with mayonnaise, decorate the sides and edge of the green onions, and in the middle put the red caviar. The salad at least an hour to go in the fridge to soak.
