Ingredients

  • hake fillet – 700 gr.
  • cream cheese – 150 gr.
  • milk – 50 ml.
  • egg – 1 PC.
  • Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • salt – 1 tsp

Step-by-step recipe

1. My fish, remove the backbone in portions.

2. The fish spread in the form greased with butter.

3. Prepare sauce: mix cheese, milk, egg, mustard (Dijon), lemon juice, salt to taste.

4. Chop the onion (rings, half rings).

5. Fish sprinkle with salt, lay the fish on the onion and cover with the sauce.
