Fresh Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • white cabbage – 500 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • feta cheese – 100 g
  • kefir – 100 ml.
  • dill
  • lemon zest
  • olive oil – 3 tablespoons
  • mustard – 1 tsp
  • white wine vinegar – 1 tsp
  • ground black pepper
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • sugar – 1/2 tsp

Step by step recipe

Cut cabbage, sprinkle with salt and mash hands. Peppers and peppers. Chop dill. Put vegetables in a salad bowl.

Remove the zest from the lemon.

Make a dressing by mixing cheese, kefir, lemon zest, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, sugar and black pepper in a blender.

Mix the salad and pour the dressing.
