  • for the dough:
  • wheat flour – 400 gr.
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • sugar – 1 tbsp
  • chicken egg – 1 PC.
  • sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • kefir or fermented baked milk (not less than 2.5% fat) – 250 ml.
  • baking powder – 5 gr.
  • for the filling:
  • potatoes (peeled) – 600 gr.
  • salt – 2 pinches
  • onion – 1 PC.
  • vegetable oil – 30 ml.
  • butter – 30 gr.
  • fresh greens – 1/2 bunch
  • ground black pepper
  • for frying:
  • vegetable oil – 60 ml.
  • butter – 30 gr.

Step-by-step recipe

Then boil the potatoes.

Fry the onion.

Knead the dough on kefir without yeast.

To make mashed potatoes.

Roll out the dough to form patties.

Fry the patties in the pan.
