- sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
- cucumbers – 3 PCs.
- mint, parsley – bunch
- green onions – 2 pen
- yoghurt – 350 ml.
- vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- dry mint – a pinch
- salt, smchp
- red pepper – pinch
On medium heat fry the sesame seeds until Golden.
Peel and cut the cucumber cubes.
Divided into two portions, into two deep bowls.
Finely chop the mint, parsley and green onions.
On the other side of the dish pour in 175 ml of yogurt (can be less or more).
Toasted sesame seeds with a tablespoon of vegetable oil grind in a blender to form a ball and put it on yogurt.
Garnish with mint leaves.
Then add dried mint, salt, SMCHP and red pepper.
