Graviola simple homemade biscuits



  • 480-500 gr. flour
  • 1.5 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr. oil
  • 200 gr. sour cream
  • salt
  • 150 gr. sugar
  • 10 gr. vanilla sugar
  • the top 1 egg

Step-by-step recipe

Sift the flour, add the salt, sugar,vanilla sugar, baking powder, chilled butter and chop into crumbs, then add sour cream and eggs, knead a soft dough.

Let the dough lie on the table for 10-15 minutes.

Dough divided into 2 parts and roll out the layer thickness of about 1cm, cut cracki glass or mold.

The top brush with beaten egg.

Bake at 200C for 18-20 minutes.
