Step-by-step recipe

In a saucepan put 135 grams of butter and 60 grams of honey, sent on a medium heat and cook for 5-7 minutes until Golden brown.

Remove the saucepan aside and allow to cool.

In the bowl of a mixer beat 3 eggs, add 125 grams of sugar and beat until lush light weight.
