- pork ribs – 1 kg.
- salt – 8 gr.
- mixture of spices for meat
- bulb onions
- rice – 200 gr.
- water – 500 ml.
We wash the pork ribs, clear of the films and put the whole in a bowl.
Rub the ribs on all sides with salt and spices and leave to marinate on the table for 30 minutes.
On a minimum amount of oil, fry the ribs until golden in a pan.
There, on melted fat from pork, I fry finely chopped onions and carrots, cut into strips.
I mix vegetables with washed rice and salt.
I spread the ribs along the side back into the pan.
I pour a mixture of rice and vegetables into the center. I fill it with water and cover it with foil.
Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 degrees and another 20 minutes (until cooked) without foil at 200 degrees.
Check rice for preparedness, you may need to add water.
