- mince – 400-450 gr.
- cabbage – 500 gr.
- rice – 100 gr.
- salt and spices (my paprika and dry Italian herbs)
- vegetable oil
Boil the rice until soft.
To chop the cabbage.
In a pan heat the oil, fry the minced 2-3 min.
Add rice, stir and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Add the cabbage, spices, mix well.
Put on a small fire.
Cook under cover until tender (25-30 minutes).
