Lenten vinaigrette in Russian

Ingredients:

  • 500 g potato
  • 100 g Luke
  • 3 sour cucumber
  • 2 beets
  • 2 carrots
  • vegetable oil
  • mustard
  • vinegar
  • salt

Cooking:

  • Boil all vegetables in a peel until cooked, cool and peel.
  • Dice beets, pickles, potatoes, carrots.
  • Chop onions (or green) finely, add to vegetables.
  • Add vinaigrette with oil mixed with mustard and vinegar, mix, salt, pepper.
  • You can add boiled or canned white (for contrast) beans to the lean vinaigrette in Russian, and add acid – sauerkraut.
