Light Easter salad for losing weight from three ingredients

  • Peking cabbage – 1/2 pcs.
  • chicken egg – 3 pcs.
  • chanterelle mushrooms – 100 gr.
  • mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
  • salt

Step by step recipe

We take mushrooms, decant the water, if you want, you can rinse with water.

Each egg is beaten separately and distributed in a heated frying pan, oiled.

The first side is fried for 30 seconds, the second is 2 times faster.

We get 3 egg pancakes.

Let cool for a couple of minutes and cut into strips.

Peking cabbage is cut in half rings.

Add the chanterelles.


And at the end we season with mayonnaise, which, of course, can be replaced with sour cream.

The salad is very light, and most importantly, you only need 3 ingredients to make it.
