- white cabbage – 1/2 pcs.
- beets – 1 pc.
- carrots – 1 pc.
- greens – 1 bunch
- lemon juice – 1 tsp
- vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
- spices, salt
Thinly chop the cabbage.
Grate Korean carrots and beets on a vegetable grater.
Salt, pepper and mash vegetables a little with your hands.
Cut greens, add oil, lemon juice and mix.
If desired, you can add peeled grated apple and chopped garlic to this salad.
