Merchant Salad with Pork

Ingredients

  • pork – 500 gr.
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • onions – 1 pc.
  • vinegar – 2 tablespoons
  • sugar – 2 tbsp.
  • canned green peas – 300 gr.
  • mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil for frying

Step by step recipe

1) Boil pork until cooked (about 1.5 hours).

2) Cut the onion into half rings or strips.

3) Put the onions in a plate and pour boiling water.

4) Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar.

5) Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.

6) Pickle the onion for 15 minutes, and then drain the liquid from the plate.

7) Grate raw carrots on a grater.

8) Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

9) Cut the finished meat.

10) Put the meat in a salad bowl.

11) Drain the liquid from the jar with canned peas, transfer the peas to a salad bowl for meat.

12) Also add fried carrots to the salad bowl.

13) Add the onion.

14) Salt the salad to taste.

15) Pepper to taste.

16) Add mayonnaise to taste.

17) Mix well.

18) Salad “Merchant” is ready!
