Mimosa classic recipe

  • boiled eggs – 5 pcs.
  • canned fish 1 can
  • cheese – 100 gr.
  • butter – 80 gr.
  • mayonnaise – 150 gr.
  • onions – 1 pc.

Step by step recipe

Finely chop the onion.

Mash canned fish with a fork.

Grate egg whites on a coarse grater and put on the bottom of a flat plate.

Next, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Next, lay out a layer of fish and make a mayonnaise net on top.

Put the onion in the next layer.

Top with grated butter and a mayonnaise net.

The last layer of egg yolks on a fine grater.

Garnish with herbs and serve.
