- pasta – 400 gr.
- minced meat (pork) – 700 gr.
- onions – 2 pcs.
- ground black pepper
- vegetable oil – for frying
1) In boiling salted water, boil pasta until cooked.
Then drain the pasta pan from the water.
2) Dice the onions.
3) Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown.
4) Add the minced meat to the onion and mix thoroughly.
5) Salt and pepper the minced meat with onions to taste.
Sauté the minced meat until cooked.
