- cabbage (white, red) – 360 g
- carrots – 1 piece
- peas fresh – 100 g
- radishes – 5-6 PCs
- olive oil – 2-3 tbsp
- salt – 1/4 tea spoon
- sugar – 1/2 tbsp
The cabbage, I’ll take the spirit of the species, but not necessarily.
It is cut into thin strips.
Shift in a deep bowl, add sugar, a little salt and mash with your hands until the juice.
Then send cabbage grated carrots, fresh peas and radishes.
Fill with couple of tablespoons of wine vinegar and olive oil.
Tasty and healthy salad is ready!
