New chicken liver salad



  • chicken liver – 300 gr
  • chicken breast – 200 gr.
  • eggs – 1-2 pcs.
  • fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • onions – 1 large onion
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • sunflower oil for frying
  • sour cream – 100 gr.
  • clove of garlic, salt
  • pepper

Step by step recipe

The first thing I do is fry the chicken liver and chicken breast. I spread them on a dry frying pan, but you can not do this,

When the meat is a little grappled, I add sunflower oil, reduce the fire, cover it, after 1 minutes I turn the meat over, add salt, cover it and fry until cooked.

I take off the prepared liver and breast and let it cool down, if the breast is not cooked, add a little water, 1 tablespoon will be enough, cover with a lid, bring to readiness.

Shreds shallow straws onions. I rub carrots on a coarse grater.

I pour oil into the pan and spread the vegetables, fry everything until cooked. I clean to cool.
