Oatmeal, tasty, nutritious soup

15 minutes.


  • water – 2 tbsp.
  • hercules – 60 gr.
  • cheese – 20 gr.
  • yolk – 1 pc.
  • milk – 9 gr. (3 tsp)
  • greens, crackers

Step by step recipe

I pour two glasses of water, let it boil, pour oatmeal in salt, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes.

3 minutes before the end of cooking, add one tablespoon of sour cream.

I stir.

While the oatmeal is being cooked, I take the yolk of one egg, add 3 teaspoons of milk to it, and beat well.

Remove the pan from the stove.

Beat the soup with a blender until smooth.

I put it again on the stove, constantly stirring, add the cheese grated on a fine grater and constantly stirring, pour in the whipped yolks.

I give the soup a boil, but I do not boil it and immediately remove it.

I insist 5 minutes.
