Peking Salad with Chicken



  • Chinese cabbage – 250 g
  • chicken fillet – 300 g
  • tomato – 1pc (150 g)
  • cucumbers – 3pcs (150 g)
  • paprika-1 tsp
  • dry garlic – 1 tsp
  • salt
  • for refueling:
  • sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • mustard-1 tsp
  • lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • vegetable oil – 5 tbsp

Step by step recipe

1. Chop the chicken fillet into strips. Put the strips in a dry hot pan, salt, sprinkle with dry garlic and paprika. Fry for 3 minutes, turn the fillet, salt and sprinkle with spices. Fry for another 3 minutes. The fillet is very juicy and tender. Let cool a little. and cut at an angle.

2. Cut the cucumbers and tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the Beijing cabbage. Cut the eggs into quarters.

3. Make a dressing: combine vegetable oil, lemon juice, mustard and sour cream, mix well.

4. Collect the salad:

1st layer Beijing cabbage

2nd layer cucumbers

3rd layer tomatoes

4th layer chicken

5th layer dressing

6th egg layer + dressing
