Peking Salad with Corn

Ingredients

  • – Chinese cabbage 1/4 well
  • – cucumber 1 pc
  • – egg 3 pcs
  • – dill 1/2 beam
  • – parsley 1/2 bunch
  • – green onion 3 feathers
  • – canned corn
  • – salt
  • – sour cream 3-4 tbsp
  • – dried garlic 1 tsp

Step by step recipe

1. Chop cabbage finely

2. Dice the cucumber or cut into strips (you can use a grater for Korean carrots)

3. Boil eggs, peel and chop coarsely

4. Finely chop the greens

5. Add canned corn

6. For dressing, mix sour cream with dried garlic and salt

7. Stir all the ingredients in one bowl and season with dressing
