Pelengas charcoal /young potatoes with mushrooms in foil on the coals

Ingredients

  • pelengas – 1.5 kg.
  • sauce
  • honey – 1 tsp
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • garlic – 2 tooth.
  • grain sesame seeds – 2 tsp
  • marinade
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • black pepper – 0.5 tsp
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
  • smoked paprika – 1 tsp
  • garnish
  • potatoes – 0.5 kg.
  • mushrooms – 2 PCs.
  • butter – 50 gr.
  • parsley
  • dill
  • garlic – 5 tooth.
  • salt

Step-by-step recipe

Sauce:

Mix the garlic, soy sauce, honey and sesame seeds.

Marinade:

Mix salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and vegetable oil.

Clean, gutting, my pelengasa.

Cut into steaks with a thickness of 2 – 2.5 cm.

Grease the fish with marinade.

Strung on skewers and roast on coals for 5 minutes on each side.

Grease with fish sauce and fry for another 2 minutes on each side.

Garnish:

Mix butter, garlic. parsley, dill and salt.

Spread on a foil potatoes, mushrooms and lubricating oil with garlic, herbs and salt.

Fry on coals 20 – 25 minutes.
