- sesame seeds — how much will
- dressing for salads:
- tahini — 60 ml (1/4 Cup)
- lemon juice — 2 tbsp
- sugar — 1 tsp
- vinegar — 1 tbsp
- dry garlic — a pinch (PL optional)
- water — 2 tbsp
- salt — pinch
- smchp — 1 packet
- vegetable oil — 1 tbsp
On a dry pan, stirring constantly, fry the sesame seeds.
On a medium heat for 7-8 minutes, until light brown colour.
Remove from heat and allow to cool.
The cooled sesame blenderate to a liquid state.
Pour into jar and store in the fridge.
For the filling:
To join in the Bank tahini, lemon juice, sugar or honey, vinegar, garlic, water, salt, SMCHP and vegetable oil.
Mix well. Nice! 😉
